Escoles velles

Graduated Old School or Schools are the lowest since any street in Fountain. The site occupies half a block. This building, designed by architect Guillem Forteza was opened in 1927. Available construction around a central courtyard arcade. This place is surrounded by Tuscan columns which support arches, is probably the most representative of the whole. On the main façade and the rear highlights the triple arcade of the same style courtyard. On one side of the courtyard there is a tank with an octagonal neck. On the side walls are two large windows, also with triple arches arch columns.
The building is ground floor with covered roof. The old classrooms ready to hang on the right and the left. It currently houses offices of the municipal administration and other spaces for cultural activities and entertainment. The façade is a combination of two colors for media and empty and the other for the solid wall.
